Caresafe – our platform for health insurers and providers

The effective operating of our Managed Care Program requires real-time data exchange, which is guaranteed by fully digitalized structures. Developed by Preventicus, Caresafe protects the citizen’s privacy, ensures data safety, and facilitates communication.

The citizen can digitally register for our Managed Care Program via the Preventicus® Heartbeats App. Our concept of pseudonymization ensures optimal data protection and data economy: only the health insurer automatically receives and keeps the personal data of the citizens in Caresafe. Preventicus and all service providers work with pseudonymized data only – they do not have access to any individual or personal data.

In short: the Caresafe portal allows full digital management of care contracts and reimbursement handling. Distinctive features of the information workflow design are maximum transparency and maximum data protection.
